Instructions with prior authority granted by the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) are charged at the LAA current rates for Psychologists of £93 per hour (or pro rata) in family court cases, and £107 per hour (or pro rata) in criminal court cases.

For other cases, my fees are £125 per hour (or pro rata).

Travelling time is calculated at £40 per hour (or pro rata), at 45p per mile.

Court preparation and attendance, unless otherwise agreed, is charged at the respective hourly rate previously cited.

Cancellation of appointments, with less than 72 hours notice, will incur the cost for the preparation time.

Cancellation of court attendance, with less than 72 hours notice, will incur the cost for the preparation time.

Cancellation of court attendance, with less than 24 hours notice, will incur an additional £350 fee.

Payment is required with 30 days from receipt of my invoice and report, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988.
